Shipping Policy

Last updated: October 15, 2026

At PakDealsHub, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our store and website (the "Services"). By placing an order with PakDealsHub, you agree to this Shipping Policy. PakDealsHub is powered by Shopify, but all sales and purchases are made directly with PakDealsHub, and Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of shipping, delivery, or fulfillment.

Order Processing

All orders are subject to acceptance and verification. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email, but this does not constitute acceptance. PakDealsHub reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, though processing times may be longer during peak seasons. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available. Please review your order carefully, as cancellation requests may not be accommodated after acceptance. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information; PakDealsHub is not responsible for delays, losses, or returns due to incorrect information provided by you.

Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times

Shipping methods, carriers, and costs are determined by PakDealsHub based on your location, order size and weight, and the shipping option selected at checkout. Available options and costs are displayed at checkout. Unless expressly stated, prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, typically ranging from 3–15 business days for domestic orders and 7–30 business days for international orders, depending on destination, carrier, and customs. PakDealsHub is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, natural disasters, labor disputes, supply shortages, utility outages, cyber incidents, governmental actions, or other events beyond our reasonable control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, title and risk of loss pass to you when we transfer products to the carrier.

International Shipping, Customs, and Duties

PakDealsHub may offer international shipping to selected destinations. International orders may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination country, which are not included in your order total or shipping fees unless expressly stated. You are solely responsible for paying all customs duties, taxes, and import fees, and for complying with applicable customs laws. PakDealsHub has no control over customs processing times and is not responsible for delays caused by customs. If you refuse to pay customs charges, your order may be returned or abandoned, and you may not be eligible for a refund. You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

Order Tracking, Lost or Damaged Shipments, and Contact

Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available; please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become available. If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, contact the carrier and notify us at foziaamir987@gmail.com. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery at foziaamir987@gmail.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. PakDealsHub is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery, or for packages lost, damaged, or delayed due to incorrect information provided by you. For any questions about this Shipping Policy or your order, contact us at foziaamir987@gmail.com. PakDealsHub reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time by posting changes to our website, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
